ZF Factory stuns the watch community once again, marking a brand‑new milestone for the RM35‑02!

1. Case This timepiece is crafted from high‑tech TPT quartz fiber composite. Its case measures 49.94 × 44.5 mm. Silica fiber layers, each no thicker than 45 μm, are woven with specialized resin fibers under an automated precision system. Fibers in adjacent layers intersect at a 45‑degree angle. The stacked material is cured at 120°C inside a three‑stage high‑temperature furnace before being shaped via ProArt machining. The natural quartz fiber is off‑white, exceptionally lightweight, and delivers outstanding impact resistance, hypoallergenic properties, and UV stability.
2. Movement It houses the newly developed integrated Calibre RMAL1 movement. The mainplate and bridges are machined from Grade 5 titanium with a sandblasted finish, then treated with PVD / Titaly coating to maximize rigidity while maintaining a smooth surface. It features the distinctive variable‑geometry balance wheel: adjusting the position of its six adjustable vanes modulates winding speed. The inertial balance beats at 28,800 VPH. A dual‑barrel system delivers consistent, robust torque and a 55‑hour power reserve.

Most importantly ❗️ ZF’s newly released integrated RMAL1 movement is the only version on the market fitted with two genuine white sapphires mounted top and bottom on the one‑piece base. These are authentic solid jewels, unlike the glued‑on jewel inserts used by other manufacturers. This breakthrough represents a major leap forward in ZF’s movement development.
