Chron Luxury Return, Exchange, and Repair Policies for Watches
At Chron Luxury, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We have outlined the following policies for refunds, exchanges, and repairs.
- Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 3 days of receiving your purchase if the watch arrives defective or damaged, or does not match the description on our website.
For a successful return, the watch must be in original, unworn condition; tags, stickers, and protective covers must remain intact; original packaging, boxes, and manuals must be included; and proof of purchase must be provided. If any protective cover has been removed, we cannot process a return.
Refund Process
Contact our Customer Service team and share photos or videos of the watch. Once approved, repack it and ship it back using a trackable and insured method (UPS shipping only). After verification, we process the refund within 5 business days via the original payment method.
2. Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 3 days if the watch is defective, damaged, or does not match its description. The watch must be unworn with tags and protective covers intact, original packaging included, and proof of purchase supplied. Contact Customer Service with the details of the desired exchange, then ship the approved return by trackable and insured UPS shipping. Once inspected, we ship the replacement; price differences are handled accordingly.
3. Warranty and Repair Policy
All Chron Luxury watches come with a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. It does not cover accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
Repair Process
For repairs under warranty, contact Customer Service for guidance. If the watch is out of warranty, repair services may be available for a fee. Repackage it securely and ship via trackable and insured UPS shipping. We assess the repair and provide an estimated timeline and cost. Certified technicians complete approved repairs and return the watch in working condition.
